Privacy Policy for SecureSets

Introduction

SecureSets ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your information.

Data Collection

SecureSets is designed as an offline-first application. Workout data and settings you enter remain on your device and are not sent to SecureSets servers. The app does use Google AdMob to display advertisements; Google may process device and app information for advertising as described below and subject to your consent choices.

What data stays on your device:

• Items you create
• Settings and preferences (theme, language)
• Any other data you input into the app

What SecureSets does not collect directly:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics
• Device identifiers for our own analytics
• Crash reports for our own services
• Your workout data on our servers

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using:

• SQLite - For structured data (encrypted by your device's operating system)
• SecureStore - For sensitive data (uses iOS Keychain and Android Keystore)
• AsyncStorage - For preferences and settings

Your device's operating system provides encryption for stored data. We do not implement additional encryption layers.

Data Sharing

SecureSets does not operate a backend for storing your workout data. However, Google AdMob is integrated to serve advertisements and may receive device or app signals needed for advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and performance. Where required, the app requests consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change available ad choices from the app's Data & Privacy settings.

SecureSets does not send workout data to:

• Our servers (we don't have any)
• Third-party analytics services
• Cloud backup services (unless you enable device-level backups)

Third-Party Services

SecureSets integrates with the following third-party service:

Google AdMob

• Purpose: Display advertisements to support the app
• Data that may be processed by AdMob: device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, app information, performance and diagnostics data, depending on consent, device settings, and Google's policies. Please see Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Your control: You can remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option in Settings.

The app:

• Does not use analytics SDKs
• Does not use social media integrations
• Requires internet connectivity only for displaying ads

Children's Privacy

SecureSets is not specifically directed at children. Because advertising and consent requirements can differ by age and region, the store audience settings and AdMob child-directed treatment must be configured accurately before publication.

Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data by uninstalling the app.

There is no data on our servers to delete.

Data Retention

Data is retained on your device indefinitely until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app.

Your Rights

SecureSets does not maintain an account or server copy of your workout data. You can manage or delete local data from the device. For information processed by Google AdMob, use the available in-app ad choices or Google's privacy tools and policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Displaying a notice in the app (for significant changes)

Internet Permissions

SecureSets requires internet permission for the following purposes:

• Displaying advertisements via Google AdMob

Your workout data and personal information remain offline and are never transmitted over the internet.

Security

While we do not collect data, we take the security of your local data seriously:

• Data is stored using platform-specific secure storage APIs
• We follow security best practices in our code
• We do not introduce vulnerabilities that could expose your local data
